Converting PokerSnake to Windows

Getting back into game development by converting my old iOS game PokerSnake to Windows.

The game engine is written in C and OpenGL so it has been relatively easy to get the basic level loading and rendering running on Windows:

PokerSnake engine running on Windows 10.

Everything in the main game and graphics engine is unchanged (except renaming a glGenVertexArraysOES to glGenVerdtexArrays, etc).

Next up is rewriting the GUI, sound, and controller code. All of which was made in UIKit on the iOS release.
